Slow Cooker Pork Loin with Apricot Glaze



This has got to be the easiest recipe ever! 
This is the perfect week night dinner. The meat was so tender that you could cut it with a fork! It just fell apart. We had leftovers for days, and it was great for sandwiches! Enjoy!


1 pork loin
1 chopped onion
1 can chicken broth
1 jar of apricot preserves 

Add everything to CrockPot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
